About Cleveland
Cleveland proves to be a very impressive city with over 4 billion dollars currently slated for development. There are infrastucture investments and urban renewal projects occuring all over. We are especially taken back by the new Euclid Avenue development which is the cause for new investment between the Central Business District (West) and Case Western Reserve University (East). Already home to Cleveland State University and the renowned Cleveland Clinc, Euclid Avenue will now be the new home of the biomedical campus being built. Wikipedia says it best when describing Euclid Avenue.
The opportunities that are available in Cleveland are diverse and plenty, allowing investors to execute many different strategies. Specifically we see opportunities in Single family/Dual family, Unit blocks with 14-100 units, Student housing, Aged care and Rent-to-own.
